My pa mee was not too successful :( Mum always uses prawns & pork slices, but I just used what I have in my fridge - minced pork :( Plus since Edward came home very late, the soup was boiled for very long & I realized that gou qi zi turns sourish after too much boiling! :( Moreover, mum also always has her home-fried crispy onion shallot & cut chilli buddy, which I didn't prepare. *sigh* Better follow recipe next time! Until I become master chef, I better stop modifying/inventing my own recipe :( learnt the hard way. Poor Dar-Dar.
