Ed's healthy meals include a good breakfast. I will rotate among sunny-side-up, half-boiled, hard-boiled & scrambled egg. Can anyone tell me the limit for an adult per week? Is it 6? Of course not just egg la, there'll also be bread, ham, fruits or even porridge some times! Not forgetting our "Must Have" - KOPI-O or KOPI-GOSONG!
Ed's been feeling quite heaty lately, so I decided to make him winter melon soup today, with some vegetables & honey glazed chicken in char siew sauce. Everything went well except the 1 last thing that anyone would imagine could go wrong - my rice was too soft!!! Iyo...! Of all things, RICE?!?! But cooking rice for 2 "small-rice-eater" is a challenge ok! :P Luckily, soup was great! yippee...!
