Staying healthy isn't as easy as it should be in our hectic city lifestyle. Now that I'm a HOUSEWIFE, I'll try my best to make healthy food for my hubby! I will brew Chinese herbal soup twice a week, every Monday & Friday. Although it's Tuesday today, but since it's Ed's 1st day at his new job today, I decided to "reward" him with his 1st herbal soup in 2007!
Almost forgot about our slow cooker we kept in the cabinet. Will switch to slow cooker next time so I have 1 less thing to worry about when I cook :)
