Made a healthier version of curry. Used tomatoes & tomato paste instead of coconut milk. In the end, it turned out more like the Hong Kong style Borsh soup, rather that curry. The tomamtoes also made the curry tasted more on the sourish side, like asam. Dar-Dar definitely preferred the traditional curry that I usually make with coconut milk. :( Actually I kinda liked it myself :P
